My husband is a very young but significantly disabled veteran. Attorney Viner took his case to help us get social security disability. At the very onset, he laid out the path we might have to take and that due to his age, we may end up having to take the case all the way into federal court. We never ...at any point felt blind walking into this battle. He walked us through every step and every challenge. At one point social security sent us a denial letter before we had even gotten our compensation exam; Atty Viner straightened the mess out with ease. I'm pleased to say that this last month, we successfully won our case for SSD.
