I cannot say enough great things about Will and his team. I am a complete pain to deal with and the entire time they were nothing but prompt and professional. They outlined my responsibilities and provided valuable information and made me feel at ease with the process. Several months back my claim for SSDI was approved. I am so excited that I am able to start the new year in a better position to support my family.  I honestly believe this would not have been the case were it not for William Viner.  I probably would not have had the patience to stay in the fight.  I... have worked with several attorneys in my lifetime, but none were as caring about their clients as Will.  He was amazing, he made the entire journey a pleasure.  He walked me through the entire process in real time, updating me all along the way through conference calls and emails.  I had a good idea what to expect and the various timeframes that I would face.  Since my claim began at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, there were additional hurdles Will had to go through in representing my case. To be perfectly honest, I wouldn't have known the difference.  It was pretty much smooth sailing, less stressful than I had ever imagined. My claim was approved much sooner than I had expected. His meticulousness, caring demeanor and professionalism were impeccable.  I highly recommend if anyone is requiring assistance to contact Mr. Viner for the best representation.

Mr. Viner generally seemed caring, patient and on top of things during the 18 months or so that our appeal case was in progress. We had probably five phone calls and an in-person meeting with him prior to the appeal hearing. However, we were pretty devastated when he summarily dropped my partner's d...isability case following the unfavorable decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), in spite of giving us the strong expectation he would take the case to the next appeal level when we interacted with him directly after the ALJ hearing at the court building and on the phone a few weeks later. No firm will likely take the case now, so we are on our own. Additionally, we were pretty disappointed that there were pretty significant typos in the brief his firm compiled for the hearing, including in the name of the medical condition that was the basis of the claim. We can only conclude that his firm has a lot in the pipeline, is a bit short-staffed, and decided that the case was not an economically viable prospect to pursue given surer cases they have to fight. Very disappointing, but still believe he is probably above average compared to the disability attorneys one has to choose from. Surely all the other stellar reviews can't be fake, right?

I hired Mr Viner to help me with the SSA last year. He’s very professional and has always answered my questions and concerns.Every time i called he has called me back. He worked very hard to process my case and my case was approved in les than a year .I would recommend to everyone to hire Mr Viner... for all your SSA questions.

Mr. Viner took my case and less than 3 months had it approved. He answered every email within a day or two, as well as phone calls. He and his staff treated me like I was their only case.
