Biography
Nick is a creative and out-of-the-box thinker talented at designing unique solutions to problems. His people-first philosophy was instilled in him by his mother; a social worker of 20 years.
A double Graduate from the University of Florida, Nick received his Bachelors of Science degree in Geomatics before working two years as an engineer. He then graduated from University of Florida College of Law, a top tier law school. At UF Law, he fostered his interest in entrepreneurship and the StartUp culture by becoming the Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy. Nick is skilled in creating a variety of Trusts including gun trusts and pet trusts.
Nick and his wife love animals and currently love and care for 4 dogs. In his spare time, Nick enjoys exploring Colorado’s many trails and state parks, rock climbing and spending time with his wife. Nick can consistently be reached at
