Mark Apelman Mark graduated from the University of Colorado with highest honors and from the University of Michigan Law School in 1986. After law school he returned to Colorado and spent a year clerking for U.S. District Judge Richard P. Matsch before beginning four years in private practice at a prestigious Denver law firm. There he learned the art and practice of complex civil litigation and federal criminal defense. He has worked with Terry Boyle since 1991.
A keen analytical thinker and superb writer, Mark sees the big picture while still paying attention to every detail. He has extensive federal and state court experience. In addition to Colorado, he has handled matters in New York, California, Texas, Maryland, Michigan and Nebraska.
