My review about Joshua C. Sauer-Counsel, no. 35163 working as my PC/DM 2025, Josh has been biased against me in the fact that he refuses to honor his signed agreement and court orders where is states that co-parents communicate before engaging him. Josh has refused to answer questions in email and d...emands zoom calls, so he does not have exhibits in writing with emails. He has enabled one vindictive co-parent that hasn’t been a part of her child’s life in over two years and lives out of state. Josh allows the vindictive co-parent to engage him to waste thousands of dollars in money to absolutely accomplish nothing but create invoice fees for him to be paid on. All this for a minor less than a year away from being an adult. Be aware and do your research on Josh. I feel he would have more negative reviews but so many of us are afraid of retaliation, but I am in the process of having Josh removed as my PC/DM and have plenty of exhibits where is has giving false information to me and my co-parent and exhibits where he has held sperate meetings with my other co-parent, that have formed plans to keep him engaged as a PC where he is not needed, all to waste our money and for his personal gains.
