Joseph Ryan Riegerix

Joseph's practice focuses on plaintiff-side civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, products liability and mass tort litigation. He is a passionate advocate on behalf of individuals harmed by accidents, dangerous products and unsafe conditions to hold wrongdoers and insruance companies accountable. He stands against those who put "profits over people" and takes pride in the pursuit of justice against large and powerful corporations such as pharamacuetical companies, medical device manufacturers, and agricultural companies. As a plaintiff's attorney, Joseph draws valuable insight from his many years of experience practicing litigation for the defense bar, including employment law, business and commercial matters, and toxic torts. He incorporates his study of philosophy into his practice of law by embracing teachings of the likes of Plato, John Hume, and C.S. Peirrce. Joseph was born in St. Louis, Missouri and remained in the area through high school graduation. He earned an academic scholarship to Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where majored in philosophy and graduated cum laude. Joseph then attended law school at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, also with an academic scholarship. His education included semesters in Washington, D.C., Florence, Italy, Shanghai, China and Nice, France.
