I wanted to start this review by saying that this law firm was able to help me with a situation I deemed as troubling pretty simply. I have never been in their office or met them in person, they were able to finish my case remotely. I will be going to a different law firm for the second portion of... my case. As the cost and lack of communication between client and attorney is unsatisfactory.i was quoted $500 and ending up paying $1300 When we first started our case we were quoted $500 which was fine I paid it and moved on. I didnt hear from the firm for about a month. When all of the sudden I get a bill in my email for more money expecting it to be paid that day. When I called to ask what it was for they did tell me that my case took a little more research than expected, we spoke more in depth about my case I understood - okay I paid the bill. 2 months go by I think things must be going well and my case is working itself through the court. I get another email for a bill for $500 when I call I ask why it was so much and what happened they told me that they had re filed my case. They didn't call email or let me know that they had to re-file and didn't let me know that they would charge me again. They told me it was because they didn't have my email correct that's why they missed sending me a bill for over two months. I've emailed with the firm at the beggining of my case to send in paperwork. They then said it's because they switched over how they take payments. The communication with this law firm lacks. When reaching out to them I would expect a response within 24 buisness hours but here it has been 72+ buisness hours.

If you’re reading this, you’ve most likely hit a rough patch and are on a search for a really good attorney. Stop looking. When I found Mr Timlin, I’d been through five attorneys in five years and had only gone backwards. I was so down and out, I’d given up all hope. It’s been a long painful road, bu...t without Mr Timlin it wouldn’t have a happy ending. Mr Timlin was straight up with me from the very beginning and laid out a long term plan. As painful as it was, I followed his plan exactly. It wasn’t easy, but I am so glad I did. Today my daughter is safe and recovering from years of unimaginable abuse. Mr Timlin has been doing this a long time and is really good at what he does. He is well connected and very experienced. He has a calm, methodical demeanor and very easy to work with. He’s well organized and professional, but most of all he has empathy. He cares. He gets it. I’ve been a client for eight years now and my only regret is not finding him sooner.

He thrives on conflict between parents, creates it if he needs to and absolutely destroys children to make as much money as possible and drug our case out for nearly 26 months. Disgusting. Thankfully my ex-husband had the strength to,call him out in front of me and we both realized right there and ...then that he had pitted us against us and he was our common problem.
