Biography
Griffin B. Desmarais joined Charles H. Torres, P.C. in 2020 as an associate attorney practicing in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice and civil litigation. While in law school in Minnesota, Griffin was certified as a student attorney and worked for the Public Defender's Office representing clients in court accused of misdemeanors and felonies.
Griffin also worked as a law clerk in the personal injury/criminal defense department at a large law firm. He assisted attorneys on a range of matters including felony defense, expungements, auto accidents, and tort litigation.
Since joining Charles H. Torres, P.C. Griffin has represented individuals accused of crimes ranging from traffic violations to felony sex offenses. Griffin has also represented individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and victims of medical malpractice.
