Recently I was having ...a problem with a disability claim that was denied by the veteran’s administration. After seeing an advertisement on the internet, about attorneys that can help veterans with V.A. claims, I decided to call Rob Levine and Associates. I was referred to an attorney Eric Smith. Mr. Smith was very nice and listened to my story. Without hesitation after gathering all the information he jumped into action with an appeal letter. Within a week, I was receiving calls and letters from the Veterans Administration scheduling me an appointment with a doctor outside the VA group to evaluate me on my condition. Eric’s experience with these V.As. steps, immediately scheduled a phone meeting with me, preparing me as to the procedure with this evaluation. After completion of that evaluation with the doctor my denial by the VA was reversed to a justified approval. I have had dealings with many attorneys over my lifetime and I must say I have never had an attorney treat me as friendly as Eric Smith. He was very informative, passionate, and professional in all my conversations with him. He even called me many evenings from his home after his working hours to advise and coach me. We live in a world that is changing so fast and with everyone having so many personal problems at home with spouses, children, and monetary problems, it’s difficult for many employees to leave their personal problems at home. He was always focused on my problems and my concerns, and for that I will always be a raving fan for Rob Levine and Associates remembering Eric Smith as top notch professional in this field. Erik responded to every inquiry from me the very same day! He persevered against several disappointing VA rulings and finally got me one that resolved my case in a highly satisfactory manner.
