I just wanted to tell my experience with Mr. Erik G. Smith. I happened upon Mr. Smith and the firm he is with online, long after I had lost all hope of ever receiving what I felt I deserved. Before turning my VA disability case over to Mr. Smith, I had fought for almost 30 years for my disability.... I am a Desert Storm Veteran, a Special Operations veteran who served on the staff of the commanding general of US Army Special Operations Command, served in 3d Special Forces Group, and was a proud paratrooper. Between airborne operations and the Gulf War, I suffered a TBI that caused a seizure disorder and numerous other ailments. I had lived my 30 years after my service thinking 20% disability was all I would ever get.
