W. Bradley Betterton-Fike

Over the 10 day course of representation, I emailed Bradley Betterton-Fike documents and questions about my case and received no answers or feedback about it. At one point, Bradley emailed that he would respond about my case then never did. A week went by and I emailed him to cease all work on my ca...se until we have communicated about it. In his response email, he stated that he was sick for a whole week and couldn't work during that time. He again stated that he would respond about my case and again he never did. Bradley never communicated to me about my case which lead to the termination of our contract. After firing Bradley, he mailed my bill along with most of my retainer. It turns out that he charged me hundreds of dollars during the 3 day period between my email to cease all work and my termination email. I sent him emails stating that there was no proof that he did any work on my case and asked for my money back. Surprise! No response. He took his free money and ran. Since then, I hired a new lawyer and now it's clear as day to me that my case was well over Bradley's head. I'm so thankful I terminated Bradley's services (or lack of) before it was too late. Save yourself from wasting your time and money. Keep looking and don't settle, you'll find the right lawyer.
