My lengthy experience in real estate and business litigation and transactions provides comprehensive insight into the complex issues involved in the purchase, ownership, use, development, and sale of real property. This experience, coupled with a resourceful and tenacious nature and the personal interest I take in every client, results in integrated and pragmatic solutions to real estate opportunities and problems. Moreover, my active involvement in a number of nonprofit organizations throughout my career, coupled with more recent legal work in philanthropic tax planning, provides a pragmatic understanding of tax-exempt organizations and philanthropic planning.
