I help clients evaluate options and identify solutions in the arena of fiduciary litigation. I represent an array of clients in the resolution of probate and trust-related litigation. Additionally, I help clients develop favorable outcomes through alternative dispute resolution when traditional litigation is undesirable or inadvisable. As a member of the Fiduciary Solutions group at Holland & Hart, my practice includes the representation of corporate fiduciaries, individual fiduciaries, heirs, beneficiaries, and creditors in the resolution of probate and trust-related litigation. Specifically, this includes disputes involving fiduciary responsibility and liability, spousal rights, interpretation of wills and trusts, distributions to beneficiaries, will contests, fiduciary compensation, and disputes in which fraud, undue influence, and lack of capacity are at issue.
