Biography
I am a tax attorney specializing in federal/IRS tax cases. I work with clients to have garnishments/levies removed, negotiate tax settlements (Offers in Compromise) and payment arrangements, and represent clients in audits/appeals/Tax Court cases. I also with old "unfixable" IRS problems and file all types of tax returns, including old years, amendments, and all business/personal returns.
I am a local attorney in Colorado and pride myself on taking a personal interest in my clients' cases. I am your first point of contact and will be handling your case from start to finish. I graduated from the University of Denver Law School and have been practicing in tax law for over a decade.
I also offer free consultations, low down payments, and payment plans for legal fees.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, gardening, and trying to keep up with my two children.

I had a very complicated tax case bercause it contained my personal 1040 taxes plus my small business taxes and the dispute covered several years and a previous Chapter 11.
