When I first contacted Julian, I'd already been told by two other attorneys that my case had no merit and I should forget about pursuing it. Julian disagreed and immediately got to work - and within 8 weeks from our initial conversation he was able to settle the case in my favor. He was professional ...and thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process to me. I would happily recommend Julian as he exceeded all of my expectations.

He signed on as co-counsel prior to reviewing documents in my case . Offered to draft the complaint but did nothing for one month; instead he kept stalling and saying he needed more time. Then he began requesting documents and I believe he became overwhelmed with the amount of work involved. He ca...lled me, criticized the lead attorney in my case, questioned a statute of limitations issue (why was he asking ME??), complained that he was doing most of the work (which he OFFERED to do) and basically folded up his tent and retreated. This is after assuring me he would draft a great complaint and would never leave me hanging which is exactly what he did. I never saw one page of the complaint and doubt he ever started it. A whiner, complainer and unprofessional regarding talking negatively to me about the senior attorney representing me. Not a positive experience. This guy needs to grow up and not take on a case that has too many moving parts for him to deal with.
