Jennifer E. Schlatter focuses her practice on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including: trademark prosecution, counseling, licensing and enforcement, including representation of clients in trademark proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; copyrights prosecution, counseling, licensing and enforcement; international trademark and copyright issues; IP and related litigation, including trademark infringement, false advertising, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition; publishing related transactions, including preparation and negotiation of publishing agreements; and transactional entertainment law.  She represents individual artists in preparing and negotiating business agreements, and protecting and licensing intellectual property rights.  Ms. Schlatter assists clients in entertainment-related matters as well.

Ms. Schlatter’s practice also includes the representation of clients in the area of employment law, including litigation of discrimination, restrictive covenant litigation, and advising clients regarding various personnel and workplace issues.
