Biography
Jason Astle provides clients with solutions to problems and disputes either before, during, or after a law suit has been filed. He also offers advice and representation in the areas of employment, real estate, lending, commercial litigation, real and personal property, domestic disputes, and business formation and disposition. His practice is focused primarily on litigation in both state and federal courts, but includes some transactional support. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of disputes, ranging from personal injury claims to complex class action and multi-district product liability and banking litigation. Jason communicates with his clients regularly and provides information and strategy relating to all aspects of the litigation process using a goal-oriented approach to achieve favorable outcomes. Jason's career includes a clerkship with the Colorado Supreme Court, the federal court in the Southern District of New York, and litigating in New York and Colorado state and federal Courts. As a proud Colorado native, he is pleased to be back home, fighting for the people of Colorado.
