Biography
I am an engineer turned lawyer. I work to obtain patents and trademarks for my clients, both organically and through acquisition. When the situation demands, I enforce those patent and trademark rights, and often assist clients in defending against claims of infringement. I have grown my practice by providing working class ideals with a business class intelligence. When I am not practicing law, I practice fishing, skiing, golfing and cycling, and enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and three daughters. I also enjoy cheeseburgers.
