Upon law school graduation and passing the Florida Bar, entered the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Practice in the JAG Corps focused on public international law. Retired after 21 years active military service. Extraordinary success in military and civilian leadership roles. Since 1998, have concentrated on utility regulatory litigation. LLM Degree. Licensed in Florida and Colorado. Lived and practiced law abroad in Europe, Saudi Arabia and the Pacific rim; read and speak German.
