Emma Bangia Lor

I have used Emma for several of my cases and have found her to be competent and versatile. She is an effective negotiator but she is willing to go to trial when necessary. Luckily I did not have to go that far to reach a fair conclusion. Emma has also assisted me and my children with our real estat...e needs. Very happy with the services of this practice!

As an attorney, she was really dedicated into making this case successful and putted in a lot of effort into this case. She worked really hard into making sure that she can do everything she can to help make this a fair case. She did the best she can to make this case happen and ended this case the b...est she can, making me feel satisfied. Lots of time was putted into this case and I personally believe that she didn't fail anything, since she had left me satisfied.

My experience with Ms. Lor was disappointing at the very least. Ms. Lor was contacted to review a claim that was already written. Yet, she insisted that she was legally obligated to charge me to write it herself. She then charged me three times as promised, made error upon error and charged me for... her errors. Ultimately what she wrote for me wasn't even allowed to be filed with the courts. When I questioned her she wrote to me that she didn't know how small claims court worked! Well then, how do you prepare a claim for a court that you have no experience in?? She had misrepresented her experience as she was only licensed for a few months! She sent me an accounting of her charges, which I disputed, but she refused to resolve the issue. She promised to assist me prior to trial date and kept delaying. A few days before trial she informed me that she was too busy to assist. Hard to find another attorney then! When I requested Ms. Lor send me the full client file (that I'm legally entitled to) she only had 1 draft of the 6 she charged me for. She never returned my contracts either. She is now working as a real estate broker. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Emma B. Lor.
