Top Qualities: Great Results, High Integrity, Creative, Passionate

It is a great pleasure to place on record my deep and sincere appreciation and thanks to David Harston and team, for the services rendered to me in the processing of my H1b and Green Card applications - from the very beginning right up to our successfully being granted migration status. Everythin...g went along in clock-work precision and I am happy to say that my every query, at times many, was responded to with prompt and accurate replies. I am delighted to have been associated with David and his team and wish him many years of fruitful business. I am happy to share I’ve already decided to avail his notable services for my upcoming Citizenship Naturalization application in 2010. Thanks once again and all the best for the remainder of 2008, and wishing you in advance, wonderful and great beginnings for 2009! P.S.: David, I wish to express my gratitude, appreciation and heartfelt thanks for the exemplary service and support rendered to me by you and your staff. I want to say how impressed I am with their superlative work. The word “WOW” isn’t enough to rate the excellent work, the constant guidance and support you have showed me throughout the process. I am heartily grateful to you for your personal efforts to make the applications successful. You made me feel at ease and gave me a positive answer every time I spoke with you, regarding the status of the applications. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. I have already recommended your services to my family and friends and undoubtedly will tell more people in the future about the positive attitude, dedication and professional approach you and your team portrayed in being part of my happiness. You and your team will always be remembered fondly.

Complicated Immigration case

I have been David’s client since 2003 to date and he has worked tirelessly to win all my cases that seemed impossible by my previous layers that I first contacted. David has the knowledge, humor and expertise to handle complicated cases like the ones I was faced with. He has always been on my sid...e keeping me informed of every step and process that we needed to take. I can not say enough about him, nether can I thank him enough. But he is simply my hero. I’m a green card holder and happy to recommend David to all of you out three faced with very complicated immigration cases. He’s truly a winner and he works to win all cases.

He did his homework and made our life together possible

My husband had a very difficult case based on some issues that followed him from his home country. Our first lawyer did not properly inform us of his rights, nor did she do any homework to help immigration better understand his life situation. When we saw Dave for the first time, his firm had been ...recommended to us as the best in Denver, and he agreed to see us on only a day's notice. He reviewed our files and for the first time, properly informed us of what we were up against. However, rather than just give up on us, regardless of how difficult he knew our case to be, he represented us well, but most importantly, he did his homework by researching my husband's home country's laws, which ultimately made all the difference in the world for us. My husband became a permanent resident against all odds last May. Despite Dave's doubts, he never gave up on us, nor did he shirk his responsibilities. We now live in peace and with gratitude.

Vice President, Human Resources

My company is an international software development company which was formed in Moscow, Russia many years ago. Corporate headquarters are now in Boulder, Colorado and the office in Moscow is still active. We regularly transfer scientists/software developers from Moscow to Boulder. We have had one ...other hire of a scientist from Morocco. The initial transfer group in 1998 was 21 employees and their families (63 people total) and on an ongoing basis we transfer 1 or 2 employees and their families each year. Dave Harston is our primary attorney point of contact for all of the immigration petitions that we file and he enables us to consistently and successfully affect these transfers. Over the years Dave and his law firm has helped us with 30+ immigrations cases and we have 100% approval success rate with these cases. We also have employees who regularly travel from Moscow to Boulder for business trips of 2-3 weeks and Dave has assisted us with this process also. Dave is intelligent, extremely knowledgeable of the law, a creative thinker, responsive, personable and always goes above and beyond to assist Parascript in meeting our business objectives relative to our staffing which is highly weighted on the R&D side. I consider him an "expert" in this area of law and I highly recommend him.

The BEST Immigration Lawyer in Colorado -- very possibly in the USA!!

We have had the pleasure of working with Dave since mid-2001 and we cannot say enough wonderful things about him! Having moved to the USA (for our employer) 1 month prior to 9/11 taking place one can imagine how hard immigration was after this tragic event. We are so thankful that we had Dave and ...his team on our side! He has always been so helpful in explaining every single option to us, endlessly counselled both my husband/I and our then employer as to what our options were related to the stage that we were in our request to obtain our Permanent Residency. We have ALWAYS felt that w/out Dave and his team our case would have been hopeless, given the current state in which government agencies are in with everything being backlogged to the hilt. After 7.5 years my husband and I are the proud holders of greencards and without a doubt we have Dave to thank. If we had to do this all again we would absolutely use Dave again -- there is no way we could have successfully done this alone!
