My husband had a very difficult case based on some issues that followed him from his home country. My company is an international software development company which was formed in Moscow, Russia many years ago. Corporate headquarters are now in Boulder, Colorado and the office in Moscow is still active. We regularly transfer scientists/software developers from Moscow to Boulder. We have had one ...other hire of a scientist from Morocco. The initial transfer group in 1998 was 21 employees and their families (63 people total) and on an ongoing basis we transfer 1 or 2 employees and their families each year.
