Billie Rounds

Absolute lowest of the bottom feeders. Made excuses for my teenager using drugs and running away from home as well as skipping classes. Two years later, my now 17 year old thinks people like Billie Rounds are real friends. My teen recently ran away from home, again, got high, and totaled s...omeone's car--all without a driver's license. We have people like Billie Rounds to thank for making a bad situation even worse.

This Lady who cant win a legal case with brains and class. uses a child to testify after having a whole hearing (where she put in the motion) to make the child unavailable to testify. The kid tried so hard to be impressive, that he lied. The worst of it all they expedited my case wrongfully... and ...then failed to tell me that my son was being spanked. what she did (with the arbitrary help of the lady in black) is rushed an apr closed the case with out mention of my son being physically hit. Yes she was notified the care provider called her and her buddy Lesly Morgan and notified them both as well as myself. I pray every night and i promise I'm going to make sure all her cases are reviewed one by one... This will be one for the books. I
