Brilliant Lawyer!
Aaron is a brillian lawyer. Why only 3 stars? You still need to stay on top of your case if you hire him. In our case he could've had the frivolous judgement agains us dissmissed based on Statute of Limitations alone and charged us respectively. Instead he went in circles, confused us and ended up ...
I was glad to achieve dismissal of the claims against this client and her husband in 2020 (about three years before this review), but it was a surprise to hear about the issues described above for the first time three years later. Per standard practice and the rules governing lawyers, whenever I represent multiple clients in the same matter I need to advise them of a potential of a conflict, assess whether it is a waivable conflict, and discuss with the clients what would happen if a conflict between them arises despite their waiver of a conflict. All of this was done prior to the engagement in this case and did not result in any increased fees. Additionally, the anticipated cost of the engagement was clear up front. I wish that it was not so expensive to access the justice system, but in a defense case the only real option is to proceed on an hourly basis rather than on a contingency fee. I'm not sure if a language barrier with this client--and the passage of time since the case--contributed to some feeling of confusion at the time or in retrospect. It was important to raise all of our potential grounds for dismissal in our motion to dismiss. I'm glad we were able to prevail on the statute of limitations argument, but it was not a sure thing given the tolling issues that the plaintiff had peppered into the complaint. While our backup arguments were not ultimately needed because we prevailed on the statute of limitations issue, they were wise to assert. Given the complexity of the issues--which included a related 46-page indictment brought by the Colorado Attorney General, a bankruptcy filing, and a separate insurance fraud scheme--it took some time to sort through the relevant facts for purposes of preparing the motion to dismiss. I always strive to achieve my client's goals efficiently. It is unfortunate that this client sees it differently, despite my successful representation consistent with the initial budget. I have contacted this client to discuss this review and will update this comment if warranted.

Professional and great work
I contacted Aaron regarding a few professional issues I had in regards to changing companies, non-compete claims, etc. He is a personal friend who I felt had a lot of integrity so I felt comfortable with him ethically handling my case. He was extremely thorough in his review of the law and previous...
