I got my job back and back pay!

In 2010 the City and County of Denver tried to force me into retirement despite 18 years of excellent reviews and two 5280 awards...the highest award the Mayor can bestow....only because I was eligible for retirement. Rick did an excellent job in court and proved that the City violated their own CSA... rules that require seniority to be honored in a layoff situation. I got back my job and have worked another 7 years so far and got back pay for the year I was unemployed. Rick did a great job for me and I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
