Look, I can’t speak to everyone at this law firm, but avoid Brad Geiger at all costs. He touts his 30+ years as a divorce attorney, then lets a kid with less than ten years of experience run circles around him in the courtroom. It was hard enough to get him to email me back or call me, but on top of... that he could never keep his billing straight. So, after paying him $20k (ish) for my divorce I got screwed in the wording of the property division when he was sleeping on the job. Later on he even admitted to me in an email that it was a bad deal. There wound up being more complications and my ex was taking me back to court. I got so frustrated with Brad that I had to fire him and get a new attorney. When I was shopping around for another attorney the general response when they saw the divorce decree was a laugh and “Your lawyer let you sign this?!” Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I retained this firm for a family law case. The attorneys assigned to me at Susan Fuller's firm in November 2017 were desperately trying to come up with a deal. At the end they said that the opposing attorney said I had breached a contract and that she wasn't saying what that was and if I can think o...f anything wrong I did. I couldn't think of anything but mentioned that I had medical staff explain something to my ex-husband instead of explaining it myself. My own attorney said you shouldn't have done that and forced me to take a deal that was unfair and wrong for me and still pay consequences for this. I went back a year later for a free consultation bc I was having further issues due to this deal. It was supposed to be a 1 hour consultation, the lady was 45 minutes late, she said she couldn't give me any info bc she didn't have my chart in front of her and said it'd cost me $5k to retain her. I was out the door about 5 minutes before my consultation was over because she had a meeting she had to get to on time which shows how important I am to them. Susan Fuller may be great, but I had an awful experience with the staff at this firm.

I sincerely appreciated that she would always explain the best and worst case scenarios throughout the entire process of my divorce. She would advise from a place of integrity and experience and was always right in her hypoth...esis of very complicated situations. I was never a billable hour, she knew me by name as did the entire team. I highly recommend her and any of her associates!

Susan was always very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my case. Also it was helpful that Susan and her staff have... been providing legal services many years in Douglas County and the surrounding districts so they knew many of the judges and how they typically rule on certain issues. Was able to win on the majority of my critical issues. Felt both well protected and safe that the best possible solution was attained for all involved in this case. Only aspect of the case I thought that was not fully held up to what I anticipated was the use of a PRE. These psychologists are a waste of time an money.
