Jason is great. There won't be a minute where you don't feel confident while you are in court. He was my defense attorney and there isn't a day that goes by where I feel sad about hiring him. No regrets.

Full dismissal with no preconditions! A perfect outcome!

When my 17-year old daughter was struck in her Subaru (which was later, "totaled") and carted away in an ambulance to Parker Adventist emergency room due to being crushed from a 40-year old lady who hit her in the back left part of her car, I was shocked to meet the responding police officer in the e...mergency room and handed a citation for "Careless Driving" by my daughter. When I challenged the officer about the incident and how could my daughter - who was hit in the rear end by the other driver - be charged with careless driving, I didn't receive clear answers. I was very suspect of this experience and began to personally investigate the evidence provided by the police department. After receiving the police report (which stated NOTHING about careless driving) and seeing the videos from several of the police officers at the scene, it was clear to me that this officer hit "the easy button" and blamed the young, 17-year old driver in some concocted way that she caused the accident that totaled her car, put her in the hospital and then charged her with a ticket. I sought Jason's help to first consult with me (and my daughter) and felt very comfortable that he clearly believe this "dad" and that I wasn't just looking for an "out." We agreed to hire him and he quickly began the process to seek all the evidence surrounding this case. After reviewing the data, Jason, my daughter and I sat through a 2-hour Zoom session where he interrogated my daughter, gained clarity on the event, sought to clarify a few points and then discussed the case with us. Jason thoughtfully went through the details and how he would fight for a full dismissal without preconditions or any caveats (like forcing my daughter to go to a driver safety school, at our expense). Discussing this situation with Jason was very easy for our young daughter and we both felt confident in Jason's guidance. The fact that he was energetic, detailed, funny and very easy to talk to made our experience a good one -- so far. But then came the trial date. We met Jason at the Parker court house, re-reviewed the key points of our defense, did a little "pre-game" huddle of sorts and off he went to represent us. After 30 minutes, he came back with good news that the prosecutor was either going to fully dismiss our case or dismiss it with conditions (Driver school). When the last court date was set, we never had to attend the session since the prosecutor completely agreed with Jason's defense of my daughter and dismissed the case completely, without precondition -- a perfect outcome. We would confidently recommend Jason to others based not only on the great outcome he earned for us but for his professional approach, thoughtfulness of the details and his creative thinking. You'll be happy with him and will enjoy his legal representation and his active, energetic engagement.

Most Difficult Recommendation Ever!!!

This is the most difficult recommendation I have ever written. Jason represented my ex-wife throughout our divorce process, including a trial and motions to reconsider. Let me repeat, he did not represent me, he represented my ex. Legal matters are never easy. They are painful, challenging, a...nd emotionally draining. If you want someone that will represent you fairly, honestly, and ethically then Jason should be your attorney of record. His knowledge of the law is unparalleled, his application is superb, and his demeanor is 100% professional. Although my case did not turn out in my favor, I have the fortitude to recognize excellence when I see it in action. I hope you never have to go to trial, but if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation, you will be incredibly pleased to have Jason by your side.

Top notch and dedicated to help

I'm not the person to typically write a review on somewhere like this, but the situation warrants it without a doubt. Susan Fuller attorney, Jason Landress deserves the highest review possible. His professional and persistent approach shined through when I was going through some of my worst moments.... Jason's approach to my defense case was better than I could have ever imagined. I was charged with a crime and because of Jason's superior attention to detail and legal expertise, the charges were completely dropped in my case! Now, I can't say that the outcome is guaranteed, but if anyone I know ever needed legal defense, you can be absolutely certain I would want them to be represented by Jason Landress. He is truly a great guy and takes your case to heart and is passionate about what he does and who he represents. Thank you for everything Jason Landress!

You NEED Jason on your Team. He is he best there is. PERIOD.

I was blessed to have Jason Landress as my Attorney as he got my case dismissed!!! I consulted around 10 other Attorneys, and I knew Jason was the best by far as everyone else could not guarantee the results Jason could. He walked me through every step of the way making me feel confident about my ca...se. Having experience as a district attorney, Jason gave me insight into what the district attorney would most likely do and had the best strategy to beat the case. (no other lawyer I spoke to even thought about this). His hell or high water attitude to make sure my case was dismissed was why I knew Jason was the guy for me. As a man of color, I appreciated that Jason analyzed the context of my situation and realized how I was racially profiled. My situation lit a fire in his stomach to pursue justice to right a racist wrong. Again, no other lawyer I spoke to even recognized these things. He’s a strategic thinker, very articulate, and the guy you need on your team! Jason is the man!!! The only regret I have is not hiring him sooner!
