I am giving this review of Brandon Campbell not only as a current client, but as a fellow professional for whom I have referred several of my clients to him for his service....I am a Wealth Advisor / Financial Advisor. This is my experience, and the experience of countless clients who have hired him ...for his professional services: Firstly, let me say that anytime we research and read testimonials for professionals, we have an obligation to be objective...to be careful to filter out what true service and satisfaction is for real ability and service rendered VS. what may be emotional outbursts from others; fabrications, and/or simply patchworks of opinion where the casting of blame or dissatisfaction may prove to have possibly been misplaced. I will speak factually about the experiences I have personally had, and of which, have been reported back to me directly by several of my clients. Brandon Campbell comes to the table with a wealth of knowledge in regards to the law that he practices. He has an enormous amount of intellect, yet carries himself professionally with such humility and grace. My own personal estate planning was due for a major overhaul, which included the development of various trusts. One of the things I appreciate the MOST about Brandon, is that he goes above and beyond the act of developing legal documents. He takes his attention to detail to the next level. He covers every base. He asks the right questions to make sure we are creating the right vehicles, and lastly, he takes steps to make sure my estate planning vehicles are funded, titled and beneficiary-labeled correctly. I have NEVER had an attorney take that much personal ownership of the process. I appreciate that he takes his time to really get to know not only the legal need my family has, but the complexities that surround our particular lifestyle and protection-planning concerns. In addition to my own testimonial, I must confess that every single client I have inquired with in regards to their experience with him has reflected these consistent sentiments. It is absolutely critical to my own practice that I only refer clients to professionals I can trust, and of whom have proven their commitment, ability, knowledge, and character. All of these qualities and behaviors are reflected in who Brandon Campbell is as an attorney. I appreciate all that he does to help his clients get what they need. He is honest, sincere, educational, and yet, he's not afraid to tell clients what they truly need to hear. There are so many attorneys out there who are simply out to say what they think their perspective clients want to hear. Brandon is true to his commitment to delivery honest, thorough, comprehensive, tailored legal solutions to his clients, and he settles for nothing less. Initially, Brandon came across knowledgeable and professional. I was wrong. He was late when we did meet and he didn't show up for our very first meeting in court. At the last minute he had another lawyer from the office step in who was not familiar with my case. I was happier with the other lawyer t...han Brandon. Although, typically only a hundred dollars or so, Brandon would charged me once or twice for some things I didn't even know what they were for and even when the case was on hold. We parted ways half way through the case, so they took what I supposedly owed them out of my retainer. They then sent back the remainder. Months later, they actually sent me a bill and said I owed them more money. Communication with Brandon was poor. He did not communicate much personally; almost all of his communication was via email or through phone messages by his secretary, but he was very quick and liberal with his billing of his time. There was obviously a reason his secretary had a poor temperament. It came from above, as Brandon had a pompous, Napoleon Syndrome personality. They also deemed my case unimportant. I am sure because it was not a big money maker for him. I received a couple of phone calls and an email stating things very much like, we want to get this case over with as soon as possible or as his secretary stated, Brandon would like to finish this as quickly as he can. There was little commitment to and very little concern for my case. He wanted it to be a quick, effortless money maker. This is definitely not a lawyer you want to work with. In a nutshell he is arrogant, has a bad temperament, communicates poorly, did not seem to be very knowledgeable and is unreliable...but he is very quick to charge you for his....services.
