Mr. Cucullu dropped out of sight after his initial contact with the person I had a complaint toward. Cucullu represented me in a case roughly about 3 years ago. He was responsive, on-the-ball, and respectful to me up until the time he received my money and sent out a letter. After that, he made un...satisfactory, intermittent contact with me for almost a year before I lost my patience.

Nice gentlemen and seems fairly knowledgeable in legal matters. Responsiveness was on average with what I was expecting from an attorney. While hourly billing rates were reasonable compared to other attorneys, time required to perform relatively simple work was excessive yielding an outrageously hi...gh overall fee for very minimal services. His final bill turned out to be double what other attorneys had quoted. I would suggest shopping around then outlining deliverables and the corresponding fee before any work is begun.
