I had the beneficial opportunity to consult with one of Livelihood’s top lawyers regarding the unfair denial of my unemployment benefits. I had submitted an appeal and realized a week before the hearing that I had better get legal advice. I feel like time was spent more on reiterating what I had already filled in on the forms previous to the consultation rather than setting me up for the hearing. I feel as though Mr. Kothari was rushing and didn't really care and just wanted to get me off the phone. What a waist of money I didn't ha...ve in the first place.
