Knowledgeable and Helpful!

Kiron was able to review my NCA and compare it with existing Colorado law pertaining to the applicability, enforceability, and risk -- most importantly whether or not would be thrown out in a court of law if it came to that.

Consultation Review

I had the beneficial opportunity to consult with one of Livelihood’s top lawyers regarding the unfair denial of my unemployment benefits. I had submitted an appeal and realized a week before the hearing that I had better get legal advice. I chose Livelihood Law, LLC since a primary focus of theirs ...is employment issues for the working class. It so happened that Kiron was assigned to my case. Throughout the consultation he was thorough and forthright with his assessment of my case. His preparation included dividing my information into three separate potential pursuits. Although two were ruled out, he took valuable time with me in addressing all concerns and clarifying information. He remained courteous, did not rush the conversation and expressed genuine concern for my predicament. In fact he offered information, along with resources, for me to successfully pursue the remaining issue on my own. His honesty was chivalrous in that he didn’t want to charge me by working a case that lacked concrete proof, although subjective evidence was apparent. Moreover, he believed my story which was a series of events that were grossly unjust. I also knew his rational for not taking my case was valid. Many lawyers would have ‘soaked’ me or any potential client. This in itself demonstrates he is a man of integrity. In addition, he was generous with his time by requesting further documentation to investigate even though that consultation was our only appointment. I fully recommend Livelihood Law, LLC and especially Kiron. You will meet with success no matter what direction your case goes. Sincerely, Julie M Mitchell (BTW, I ended up winning the case on my own, but would not have without Kiron’s valuable legal input.)

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
