Biography
I am an AV® Preeminent™ rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and am an experienced trial lawyer whose practice is dedicated to civil litigation in a variety of complex commercial, construction, and general casualty matters. These include the representation of international, national, and regional corporations, carriers, and businesses (including Fortune 500 companies) and individuals in both state and federal courts.
I have extensive experience representing clients in breach of contract disputes, creditors-debtors’ rights actions, as well as experience in construction defect litigation, Americans with Disability Act claims, and copyright and trademark infringement litigation.
I have represented national homebuilders, as well as contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, and other construction-related professionals in construction litigation in Florida, Kansas, and Missouri.
I have also represented commercial and residential borrowers in foreclosure and receivership actions, as well as complex loan workouts. I also practice in the area of Sports & Entertainment Law and currently represent a Major League Baseball player.
I am a regular presenter on trial and litigation strategy.
