I'm still bitter over the fact that this lawyer accepted my money and showed up in court completely unprepared. I had to write all of my witness questions down during the trial, or this guy would've had no clue. Do yourself a favor so you don't end up in trouble like I did and go hire another lawyer....

This guy flat out took my families cash and never prepared for the trial he was paid to do. I owned a business that ended up closing and the money issues were civil. Due to Chad not responding to motions on time (says he was hunting) from the prosecution all criminal charges remained and the trial be...gan. He showed up totally unprepared and all questions during the 3 day trial were written on a paper and handed to him from ME. What a Joke!! Anyway needless to say I lost the trial that was a slam dunk for a prepared attorney to win and was sentenced to 8 YEARS in prison for a crime that should've been a civil issue. This guy is a joke!!! If you ever need a lawyer then do some research and find someone that won't rob you blind.
