Peter Neely Milligan

Peter represented me and he completely mishandled my case. He would not return my phone calls for weeks at a time. I caught him telling me lies on two separate occasions. When we did go to court he was late and gave me barely 5 minutes before the hearing to prepare for what was going to happen. And t...hen inside of the hearing it seemed to me that he was pushing more for what the other party was requesting then protecting his clients wishes and rights. Thank God that I fired him and hired a better lawyer early enough in the case that I was able to fix and I do all of the damage that was done when he was representing me. And one of the biggest problems I had with him was the way he talked to me. He was I'm oboxious condescending and plain rude not to mention dishonest with me two times. I confronted him about the inaccuracies of his statement he became Belligerent and that was the same conversation I told him his services were no longer needed
