Jennifer Ilene Holt

Jennifer I. Holt was with Bayer, Carey & McGee from 1979 to 1986, then was a solo practitioner from 1986 through June, 2013.  Jennifer I. Holt is Senior Counsel at Griffiths Law PC.   Jennifer focuses on meeting her individual client's needs while helping those clients to have reasonable expectations.  Jennifer helps clients understand their options while obtaining the best possible results with respect to their particular issues or legal needs. Jennifer also makes a strong effort to be economically practical about meeting her client's needs. Jennifer practices in all the metropolitan and front range counties and has traveled throughout the state, including Aspen, Springfield, Sterling, Montrose and other more rural county seats, where she has successfully represented clients. Jennifer has represented several clients before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court, where she has been successful in those appellate cases in which she was involved. Jennifer has also been a chair and remains a co-chair of the Colorado Bar Association Fee Arbitration Committee where she volunteers her time to assist clients and attorneys in the resolution of their disputes over fees and costs.  Jennifer also provides probono services through Metro Volunteer Laywers.

Jennifer specializes in family law (adoptions, divorce, custody, dissolution of civil unions, and post decree issues).

Jennifer recently helped a client collect over 70% of a $350, balance of past due child support and maintenance from the retirement assets of the parent obligated for support and miantenance.
