Best Employment & Labor Attorney in the West!

Todd was instrumental in the success of my small business by providing the information and advice we needed to negotiate a reasonable separation settlement with a former employer, including the division of existing clients. The Best Person to Have in Your Corner

I was referred to Todd McNamara by the CFO of a large telecom company, who told me he was the best employment/labor attorney I'd ever find. And she was right. Todd has now represented me for almost twenty years, through multiple contracts with three different companies. He's thorough yet patient i...n explaining every detail of contract language with you, then becomes a strong advocate for your position when the actual negotiations begin. He's one of the mostly highly-respected employment attorneys in Colorado, and for good reason. And, on top of his brilliant legal talents (the best in the biz, as far as I'm concerned) he's also remarkably generous. Todd not only gives back to humanitarian causes through monetary donations, he also volunteers countless hours working directly with charitable organizations. I've never seen an attorney more invested in his community. We've just finished yet another successful contract negotiation in my favor, and I can't imagine ever going into that situation without Todd fighting for me.
