The best of the best

The Best Person to Have in Your Corner

I was referred to Todd McNamara by the CFO of a large telecom company, who told me he was the best employment/labor attorney I'd ever find. And she was right. Todd has now represented me for almost twenty years, through multiple contracts with three different companies. He's thorough yet patient i...n explaining every detail of contract language with you, then becomes a strong advocate for your position when the actual negotiations begin. He's one of the mostly highly-respected employment attorneys in Colorado, and for good reason. And, on top of his brilliant legal talents (the best in the biz, as far as I'm concerned) he's also remarkably generous. Todd not only gives back to humanitarian causes through monetary donations, he also volunteers countless hours working directly with charitable organizations. I've never seen an attorney more invested in his community. We've just finished yet another successful contract negotiation in my favor, and I can't imagine ever going into that situation without Todd fighting for me. He's an incredible lawyer and a first-class person. You won't find a better champion.

A Truly Dedicated Advocate for Your Interests

Todd represented me in arbitration after I was wrongfully terminated. As the process drug out and my spirits waned, we reached a point where the company offered a settlement for me to go away. Todd clearly explained my options, but when I told him that I thought I would take the offer he talked me th...rough what taking the settlement would really mean. He helped me understand that while the settlement would be a quicker route to a financial benefit to my family and I, that it was not a good long term thing for us. Once I told him that I had decided to continue fighting, he told me how glad that he was that I made that choice. In that moment he had been a better advocate for my interests than even I was. He prepared me well for the arbitration giving me a solid strategy to stay on point or get back to relevant points as the company's advocate tried to steer us away. During the arbitration itself Todd was a very effective cross examiner drawing important points for our case out of the company's witnesses. Following the hearing, Todd's brief of the case better explained my case and my feelings than I had been able to in the two years I had been fighting for my job. As I read through it, I literally said "yes!" or "exactly!" Todd has a wonderful mastery of the language sometimes using words that I had to look up to understand and other times using very simple blunt terms, but always to the best effect. Once the decision was returned and the arbitrator ordered that I be returned to my job, Todd continued to advocate for me ensuring that they lived up to the terms of arbitrator's decision. I have told Todd and I really believe that Todd was a God send and blessing to me and my family.
