He did his job!

I used this lawyer and he was awesome and took care of me and got my case taking care of, I would totally recommend him!

Minimal Effort

Mr. Senseney did the bare minimum required for our case, and was not very helpful in suggesting evidence that could be added to our case to make it stronger. We lost our petition and intended to file an appeal on the decision, but Mr. Senseney did not file the paperwork on time, therefore forfeiting... our right to appeal. He charged us to file the paperwork to request the appeal, and when I requested that he refund the fee, as he had failed to complete his work in a timely manner, he refused. I informed him that if he did not refund the money, I would report him to the CO Bar Assoc. He called me back 15 min. later to say that had "looked into the matter" and had decided to refund my money. In my opinion, he is only willing to do the minimum required by law for him to complete, and does not take his job seriously, which is a real shame, because he holds the life and future of his clients in his hands. When he doesn't do his job to the best of his ability, families are split up and people get hurt.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2013.

Suspension stayed means the attorney has been disciplined, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with probation requirements.

Suspension Partially Stayed Placed on Probation issued in CO, 2011

updated on 03/28/2017

Suspension partially stayed means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time.
