My wife and I hired this firm to represent us and a very tough time in our lives; a time when we really needed professional help. This firm was not at all professional and seemed to be in the business of making a quick buck. The front office paralegals were rude and the general attitude of the atto...rneys we met with was centered around getting people in and out quick to maximize their volume. The worst part came when we tried to terminate our service with the company. We had put down a sizable deposit that was for services they were to render as part of our agreement. The signed agreement stated that “unearned fees” would be returned if the contract was terminated. During the course of our initial contact with the firm we had 1 “free” in office consultation, called the firm twice with unsatisfactory results and sent one email to ask a question. Based on these interactions we terminated our relationship with this firm and requested they return all or part of our initial payment as they had not performed any work on our case yet. The reaction of the lead attorney was rude and derisive and he basically hung up on me.
