I was born in Big Spring, Texas, and raised in Cleburne, Texas. I am licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Colorado, the Supreme Court of Texas, the Supreme Court of the Cherokee Nation, US District Court for the District of Colorado and the Northern District of Texas, and the US Courts of Appeal for the 10th and 5th Circuits. I have been defending the Constitutional rights of clients in family law, criminal defense, and consumer bankruptcy since 1998.
