I had an extensive procedure done. Prior to having it done, I requested from the insurance company as to what and how much they would cover and pay for. They stated what they would pay minus a deductible. After the procedure they reneged and paid less than two-thirds of the amount they said the...y would. I was in a car wreck October 3, 2012 that was resolved this week by Kristen Shillington. I tried to work with my insurance company for two years before I gave up and called Kristen.
