Kerry Nolan Jardine

Mr. Jardine’s legal work has resulted in settlements, judgments and verdicts in excess of $300 Million on behalf of 1000s of clients. He acts as the Firm’s Managing Shareholder and serves on its Executive Committee. He has been instrumental in the firm’s management, practice group formation, firm’s global strategy, and firm direction for over 15 years.

Prior to receiving his JD/MBA in 1987, Mr. Jardine worked for many years for a Fortune 500 Corporation. He received his JD/MBA from Brigham Young University in 1987 and joined Burg Simpson two years later in 1989. Mr. Jardine litigates extensively in a wide range of personal injury actions, including automobile and trucking accidents, unsafe products, and gas explosion cases. During his years of leadership, Burg Simpson has developed into a national firm, and has received many accolades — including, recently, the nation’s Number One Products Liability Law Firm, and one of America’s 25 Most Influential Law Firms.
