I've had to the pleasure of being dragged to court for international child support in 3 states. In the first instance in Florida, I won. My wife,(since I have not yet divorced her) took my children to Germany and fraudulently obtained a child support order. After I won in Florida I relocated to Geor...gia for my employment, needIess to say I got served from the same judgement. I won again. Finally I end up in Colorado. Yes, you guessed it...I was served yet again! I tried to defend myself as I had dealt with this previously in Florida and Georgia, however Colorado is ruthless. Apparently they take international judgements very seriously, and domestic judgements are not cared about. After realizing I was in over my head I was referred to Ms. McClain.
