Tara Kathryn-Marie Williams

Tara works primarily with clients involved in complex commercial litigation, providing counsel and representation at all stages of the litigation process. She has worked on behalf of large financial institutions, private investors, public and private corporations, and individuals. Prior to joining RBF Law, Tara was an associate with a Denver-based litigation firm, where her practice was focused primarily on large-scale mortgage backed securities litigation. As part of the RBF Law team, Tara strives to provide innovative and efficient solutions to effectively meet the goals of her clients. Tara has worked with various nonprofit legal clinics, providing pro bono services to clients seeking advice and representation related to Bankruptcy and Family Law matters.
