Sarah Elizabeth Bandy

Sarah handled my custody issue for me. I'm not the biological parent of my son but had raised him since he was an infant when his mother (my girlfriend) passed away. His biological father was never a part of his life as he was a drug user. Once his father got clean he wanted custody of my 13 year old... son. I know it is rare for the non biological parent to be awarded full custody over the biological parent so I was incredibly worried. Sarah is undoubtedly gifted and has mastered the art of family law. She truly saved our lives, not an exaggeration. I simply can't fathom where my son or myself might be if she hadn't gotten us the outcome she did. Sarah had the most warm and empathetic demeanor and I could tell how much she was deeply invested in attaining the best outcome for my son. Brilliant, talented and kind. You can't put a price tag on what Sarah was able to accomplish for my family, yet I ended up paying 1/3 less for her services than a buddy of mine did for his divorce, and he was very dissatisfied with his outcome. Sarah charged a reasonable hourly rate, discounted a good portion of work done on my case, and utilized her amazing staff for tasks that could be charged at a lower rate. I believe I paid much less than others because her experience allows her to accomplish tasks quickly and efficiently. I could tell the staff enjoy working together and their teamwork mentality was reflected in their quality of work and the overall amount I paid. Thank you for everything Sarah and team!
