Rachel Kranz Caldwell is a Founding Equity Shareholder with Cline Caldwell, LLP whose practice focuses primarily on domestic relations matters, including dissolution of marriage actions, post-decree proceedings, custody, adoption, paternity actions, pre- and post-nuptial marital agreements, guardianships, and appeals. Ms. Caldwell also practices in trusts and estates matters, such as estate planning and preparation, and probate litigation. Ms. Caldwell also offers mediation and arbitration services for all divorce and family law disputes. Prior to founding Cline Caldwell, Ms. Caldwell was a shareholder at Montgomery Little & Soran, P.C.
Ms. Caldwell has received the honorable designation of SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2018 and 2019. This honor is bestowed on less than 2.5% of the lawyers in Colorado.
Ms. Caldwell represents clients throughout the state of Colorado. Ms. Caldwell is a member of the Colorado, Denver, and Arapahoe County Bar Associations, as well as the Family Law and Trusts and Estates Bar Associations, and the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee.
While in law school, Ms. Caldwell participated in the University of Denver Civil Litigation Clinic, representing clients in landlord-tenant and civil protection order cases. Ms. Caldwell also served as General Editor of the Denver University Law Review.
In Ms. Caldwell’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying Colorado’s beautiful weather, and giving back to the local community. Ms. Caldwell sat on the Board of Cocktails for a Cause from 2012 to 2018 and has volunteered as a foster parent for the Denver Dachshund Rescue.
