Maritza Dominguez Braswell is a founding member and managing partner of the complex commercial litigation and appellate firm, Rollin Braswell Fisher LLC (RBF Law). She is one of the leading female litigators in Colorado and her national law practice includes mediation services and lecture presentations.
For many years, Maritza has been a go-to for national and international corporations for their high-stakes litigation needs. She has represented a variety of businesses throughout the years ranging from known professional sports franchises to developers. Maritza’s trial practice includes specific work on financial services, residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS), capital markets, structured finance, and private investor matters. She also has experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation and has pursued and defended tort-based claims made against business entities and organizations. Maritza’s varied law practice includes ADR mediation services and she is a court appointed mediator and Denver Better Business Bureau (BBB) mediator.
