Biography
In practice since 1988, I have defended the rights of clients throughout Colorado and Wyoming. I handle cases in the counties of Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, Boulder and many other Colorado Counties. In Wyoming, I represent clients in Laramie County and the surrounding area. I have defended clients charged with a wide variety of state and federal criminal defenses; in my more than 20 years of practice, I have represented numerous clients in death penalty cases at both the trial and appellate level.
I am admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona and Texas, the Colorado Supreme Court, the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Arizona.

A great criminal lawyer
My son was faced with a felony arrest on a rather technical reading of Colorado's criminal statutes. The issue was a novel one.
