About Jennifer
Biography
Originally from northern Ohio, Jennifer is a recent Colorado state transplant. She earned her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University in 2016. After graduating, she worked for a year in residential mental health facilities before deciding to continue her education. Jen began her studies in law in 2018 and graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2021. While in law school, Jen was the Student Director for the Civil Legal Services Clinic where she was able to gain a wide range of practical experience in matters including, but not limited to, family law, civil litigation, landlord tenant rights, and more. Notably, she sat as co-counsel that historically won the Clinic's first jury trial. Jennifer received a number of awards for her time in the Clinic including the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Clinic Student Award and the Civil Legal Services Clinic Outstanding Student Award.
After law school, Jen started her legal practice as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Sarah B Cure and as a family law associate attorney.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys live music, amateur cooking, and exploring her new home state with her puppy, Kuahiwi "Kiwi".
