I hired the legal team of Hunter Martin and Ben King for my Divorce after having a horrible experience with my last law firm. I was completely financially taken advantage of with nothing to show for with my last firm. Hunter and Ben have taken on my case in the middle of a critical time period, just ...days prior to Mediation. I was extremely nervous that I was even in a position of needing to get a TPO. At the hearing, Hunter saw and picked up on my nerves and loss for words and he took the reigns and guided me with his knowledge and quick-thinking skills. We were able to get a TPO granted after a short 20 min hearing. At the PPO hearing, Hunter was well-prepared and it showed in every aspect of the hearing. He came in with his seemingly sweet, very likable demeanor and He ATE UP the respondent, and SPIT HIM OUT! I don’t think my STBX even knew what hit him. His cross-examination was fast, furious and flawless. I’m sure that my STBX left in long-lasting agony. Watching Hunter do his closing argument truly shows where this man shines. I was so impressed. He came with the unarguable facts, he interjects the valid, real and raw emotion of the case and he didn’t hesitate once. He wasn’t reading from a script and spoke so powerfully and confidently. We got the PPO order granted! Being prepared, knowing your client and your case is very evident in what makes Hunter a pillar of success. He is a force to be reckoned with. Do not underestimate him. He is more than capable. Hire him immediately! You will not regret it. I wish I had hired him from the get, maybe my case wouldn’t have fumbled in the beginning. I’m so glad I made the right decision to choose Ben King at Montgomery, Little, Soran. Also being paired with Hunter Martin alongside Ben King was refreshing and I was pleasantly surprised in the best way possible with Hunter. Ben for negotiating power & Hunter to go to trial is the best of both worlds. I feel more than confident that Hunter and Ben will get me the best possible outcome in my divorce case and they will not just fill your head with fluff and false hopes. I was adamant as a SAHM that I would attempt to go it alone for the TPO, PPO in order to save on my limited legal funds and I am so glad that Hunter advised against that. I was wrong. I truly am so incredibly thankful for this man and his whole entire office. They’re, kind, thorough, efficient and incredibly hardworking, not to mention punctual.
