Biography
Eric Fisher is a founding member of Rollin Braswell Fisher LLC (RBF Law), a complex commercial litigation and appellate firm in Greenwood Village, CO. He has a wide range of experience in complex commercial disputes including class actions, pension benefits, qui tam, oil and gas, and insurance coverage litigation. He also has extensive appellate experience including several cases with issues of first impression. Eric splits his time between his work at RBF Law and serving as general counsel for an international corporation.
Eric graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge James S. Casebolt in the Colorado Court of Appeals. He later became a partner at the prestigious firm Reilly Pozner LLP. Eric is ranked in Chambers USA and is Martindale Hubbell 5.0 AV Preeminent Rated. He was awarded “Individual of the Year” by the Colorado Lawyers Committee in 1999 and has been recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers since 2014.
